Precision Turbo Return Policy
Returns for credit or exchange are allowable up to 30 days after date of shipment, and only with a valid Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. A 25% restocking fee may apply.
Product must be in new, resalable condition and returned at the customer's expense freight prepaid. All claims for shipping damage must be placed with the carrier.
For all products being sent to Precision Turbo and Engine for credit, exchange, warranty, or service, you will need to call us at (855) 996-7832 to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number.
If you send in a turbocharger for service, please note that after we have contacted you with an estimate on the repair, you will have 30 days to make arrangements for the repair or return shipping on the product. If payment is not completed in full for either the repair or the return shipping, the product will become property of Precision Turbo and Engine.
Precision Turbo Warranty
Each Precision Turbo brand turbocharger and boost control product is warranted to be free from manufacturer's defects for a Period of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from date of original invoice. Manufacturer's Warranty otherwise applies. Seller expressly disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose.
Precision Turbo will repair or replace at its discretion any Precision Turbo branded product that proves defective in material or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. In the case of any warranty claim with regards to defects in material or workmanship, the product in question should be returned, freight prepaid, to the following address: 9401 Georgia St. Suite 2 Crown Point, IN 46307.
This warranty does not cover damage or failure of components due to normal wear and tear. There is no warranty on any parts used in race applications or on products that have been physically altered, improperly installed or not maintained. Seller's warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
